This policy explains what personal data we process when you use this website or contact us, what we use it for and what rights you have. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD, Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights) apply.

What data we process
- Contact form: your name, your email address, your company name (optional) and the message you write to us.
- Email and telephone: the data you provide if you write to us or call us directly.
- Form protection against bots: to check that the person submitting the form is a human, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data about your connection and browser (such as your IP address and browser characteristics).
We do not ask you for specially protected data. Please do not include any in your message.
What we use it for and the legal basis

We do not use your data to send you commercial communications, to make automated decisions or to create profiles.
How long we keep it
We keep the data from your enquiry for 30 days from when we handle it, and then delete it.
If a business relationship starts as a result, we will keep the data necessary for as long as that relationship lasts and, once it ends, we will keep it blocked for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities that may arise, after which we will delete it.
Who it is disclosed to
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required.
To provide the service, we rely on providers that process data on our behalf, as data processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc., for the form’s anti-bot verification (Turnstile).
- Twilio Inc. (SendGrid), for sending the form’s messages to our mailbox.
The website and its data are hosted on Turing’s servers, in data centres located in the European Union.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Twilio (SendGrid) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in the United States. In such cases, the transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent you have given us, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.
To exercise them, write to us at privacidad@turingprojects.com stating the right you wish to exercise. If necessary to identify you, we will ask you to prove your identity. You may also contact our Data Protection Officer at protecciondatos@turingprojects.com.
If you believe we have not processed your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our systems hold certification of conformity with the Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS, Spain’s National Security Framework) at High category and ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
Cookies
This website only uses technical and strictly necessary cookies and local storage, such as remembering your light or dark theme preference and those required by the form’s anti-bot verification. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. More information is available in the cookies section of the Legal notice.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legal changes or changes in our services. We will publish the current version here, with its update date.
